Fresh off their World Tour 2025: Who is BE:FIRST?, the seven-member dance & vocal group returns with “Under the Same Sky 空”, a powerful ballad carrying comfort, courage, and compassion at its core. Following the high-energy release of “GRIT” just two months ago, this latest track shows a softer, soul-stirring side — and it’s already echoing across classrooms and hearts throughout Japan. Commissioned as the official required piece for the 92nd NHK National School Music Competition (Junior High Division), “Under the Same Sky 空”, is currently airing on NHK’s “Minna no Uta” through June and July. The NHK contest, known as “N-Con”, is Japan’s largest national choral competition, where elementary to high school students from across the country unite through music. Its spirit of youth expression and emotional storytelling mirrors BE:FIRST’s own journey – starting young, pushing through challenges, and rising through hard work and determination.
